Nick is an excellent therapist who went above and beyond to help get me back on my feet (quite literally) and running again. Yes it was painful and yes there was lots of swearing! But last weekend I competed in and completed the inaugural 4 Castles 1/2 Marathon only 6 months after breaking my ankle. Thanks Nick for helping me achieve this goal.

I was a bit anxious when I first booked with Nick as I am not a fan of new things, but boy was I wrong! Now i have been visiting him for over 2 months and my back has now given me a new lease of life! Highly recommend Pure MSK, Nick has been fantastic and calming and would advise anyone to book in. My daughter had a massage due to her gymnastic instructor informing us of her pain in her hips and being tight. nick gave her a sports massage. she really enjoyed it, felt relaxed and more flexible.

He started treating my back pain 2 months ago and now having regular maintenance treatments to keep it at bay along with with regular exercises which I have been doing daily! Following a fairly traumatic birth and recovering from an unexpected c section I have been left with back and hip problems and tension. This is on top of a past injury which clearly wasn’t fully recovered. In one session Sophie has restored so much movement! I have faith I will get my range of movement back now!
Sophie also treated my 3 month old baby who has had digestive problems and reflux. She no longer clicks in her shoulders and there in no tension residual in her body, she is more relaxed and feeding better, she also had a wonderful nap afterwards!
Brilliant service everything was explained and relaxed and comfortable. I can’t recommend Sophie enough, I feel more myself rather than physically restricted or that this was how my body was going to be now. Absolutely brilliant.

I am really pleased to recommend PURE MSK. Before my treatment I was in terrible pain. I had my initial consultation with Sophie (Osteopath) and my follow up sessions with Nick (Sports Massage). After my treatments and following their advise I have full movement back in my shoulder.

Had on-going problems with hips/ knees due to running. Saw multiple different osteopath, no one managed to solve these issues.
Sophie managed to sort these issues out within a few sessions. 100% would recommend, great advice, very welcoming and lots of knowledge. One of the best osteopath I’ve seen.

I brought my baby into see Sophie when he was 5 days old and she has worked wonders with him after a traumatic birth and a short stay in the NICU. She made me feel so comfortable as I was really anxious about going in for the treatment and the fact he cried the whole way in the car on the way to see her. She was really good with him and after the treatment he fell asleep in the car the whole way home. I would highly recommend Sophie and in fact I have since been back for a course of treatment myself.
